Pressure Washing in Arlington, TX
Residential and light commercial pressure washing, restoring driveways, siding and concrete across Arlington, Mansfield and DFW — handled personally from quote to cleanup.
What I Pressure Wash
Dirt, mildew, algae and grime build up fast on Texas exteriors. I use the right pressure and technique for each surface — high pressure where it helps, a gentler soft-wash where it protects — so your property comes clean without getting damaged.
- House washing — siding, brick, roof and gutters (soft-wash where needed)
- Concrete & driveway cleaning — oil, rust and years of buildup
- Patios, sidewalks & walkways
- Storefronts, drive-thrus & gas stations
- Trash bins & dumpster pads — from $30
- Graffiti, rust & stain removal

Concrete Sealing
Cleaning concrete is only half the job — sealing keeps it that way. After pressure washing, a proper sealer helps your driveway or patio repel oil, water and stains, resist fading in the Texas sun, and slow down cracking.
How it works
- Clean — I pressure wash the surface to remove dirt, stains and old residue
- Dry — the concrete fully dries so the sealer bonds properly
- Seal — I apply the sealer for a clean, protected finish that lasts

Pressure Washing FAQs
How long does a pressure washing job take?
Most residential jobs land between 1 and 3 hours. A single driveway is on the quicker end; a full house wash, or concrete with heavy staining, takes longer. You’ll get a realistic time window with your quote so you can plan your day around it.
Is pressure washing safe for my roof and siding?
Yes — the key is matching the pressure to the surface. Concrete and brick can take high pressure. Roof shingles, painted siding and older wood get a soft-wash instead: lower pressure, with the cleaning solution doing the work rather than force. I adjust for each surface on your property instead of running everything at one setting.
How much does concrete sealing cost?
Concrete sealing starts at $150 and goes up from there based on square footage and the condition of the concrete. I pressure wash and let the surface fully dry first, then apply the sealer.
How often should I reseal my concrete or driveway?
In the Texas heat and sun, most driveways and concrete benefit from resealing every 2–3 years to keep repelling oil, dirt and water and to slow down cracking and fading.
