How long does a pressure washing job take?
Most residential jobs land between 1 and 3 hours. A single driveway is on the quicker end; a full house wash, or concrete with heavy staining, takes longer. You’ll get a realistic time window with your quote so you can plan your day around it.
Is pressure washing safe for my roof and siding?
Yes — the key is matching the pressure to the surface. Concrete and brick can take high pressure. Roof shingles, painted siding and older wood get a soft-wash instead: lower pressure, with the cleaning solution doing the work rather than force. I adjust for each surface on your property instead of running everything at one setting.
